What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

A Spiritual life coach is someone who receives inspired guidance thru God for the benefit of his children.

What is 10x?

10x is designed to activate a key evolutionary mechanism in your body, known as the adaptive response, that commands your body to get stronger, fitter, faster, and more resilient in just two 15-minute workouts a week: making it possibly the most efficient exercise protocol on the planet. 10x is ideal and safe for all ages, lifestyles, genders, and fitness levels. And while we recommend having access to a gym, you can even do it at home with minimal equipment.

What is a Holobody coach?

This is a coach that teaches you how to holistically improve your mind, body and spirit to it’s optimal level.

How long does a spiritual life coaching session last?

The initial session is 2 hours. All subsequent sessions are an hour to an hour and a half depending on the session.

How many Reiki sessions are recommended at a minimum?

It is recommended that the client have at least 3 sessions minimum.

How long do Reiki sessions last?

They usually last from 1 hour to and hour and a half.

How long does a 10x session last?

The orientation session can last about an hour. After the client is familiar with the 10x routine, it will last less than 20 minutes. At the ultimate level, the workout will last less than 15 minutes.

How many 10x sessions are required per week?

The minimum 10x workouts per week is 2. They must be a 2 full days apart. If you workout on Monday, the next workout will be Thursday.
